CREZLY PRIVACY POLICY
CREZLY PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: 16 August 2026
Welcome to CREZLY ("CREZLY", "we", "us", or "our").
CREZLY is an online creative-services marketplace and technology platform that connects Buyers with independent creators and service providers.
CREZLY provides the technology and marketplace infrastructure through which:
- a person or business looking for a creative service can act as a Buyer; and
- an independent creator or service provider offering a creative service can act as a Seller.
CREZLY itself does not provide video-editing services, graphic-design services, promotional services, influencer services, content-production services, or any other creative service listed by Sellers.
CREZLY provides the platform through which Buyers and Sellers can discover each other, communicate, create service orders, submit requirements, make payments through authorized payment providers, manage orders, exchange files, submit work, request corrections where applicable, and manage order-related issues.
The actual creative service is provided by the respective Seller to the Buyer.
This Privacy Policy explains how CREZLY collects, uses, stores, processes, and protects information when you use the CREZLY application, website, marketplace, and related platform services.
By accessing or using CREZLY, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

22. REFUND AND CANCELLATION INFORMATION
CREZLY provides a marketplace through which Buyers can purchase Services from independent Sellers.
Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable CREZLY Refund and Cancellation Policy, the specific Order terms, applicable payment-provider rules, and applicable law.
22.1 Before Buyer Approval
Where an Order has not yet been approved by the Buyer, the Buyer may request a refund or cancellation in accordance with the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy.
A refund request does not automatically guarantee a refund. The request may be reviewed according to the applicable policy and circumstances of the Order.
---
22.2 After Buyer Approval
Once a Buyer has reviewed the completed Service and explicitly approves/accepts the Order, the Order is generally considered completed and the payment is generally treated as final.
After Buyer approval, a refund will generally not be available merely because the Buyer changes their mind or no longer wants the Service.
However, this does not limit any refund, cancellation, consumer, or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.
A post-approval refund or reversal may still be considered where applicable, including circumstances such as:
- The Seller did not deliver the agreed Service
- The transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent
- A duplicate payment occurred
- The Service materially differs from the agreed Order
- A serious platform or payment-processing error occurred
- The transaction is subject to a valid legal or regulatory requirement
- CREZLY determines that an exceptional refund is appropriate under its policies
---
22.3 Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it may be processed through the applicable payment provider to the original payment source, subject to the provider's processing procedures.
Refund timing may depend on:
- Payment method
- Payment provider
- Banking institution
- Transaction status
- Refund processing requirements
CREZLY cannot guarantee the exact time at which a refunded amount will appear in a Buyer's bank account or payment instrument.
---
22.4 Seller and Platform Adjustment
Where a transaction involves a Seller share and platform commission, an approved refund may require corresponding adjustment of transaction records, Seller earnings, and applicable platform commission.
Where supported by the payment provider's marketplace settlement system, the relevant refund and settlement adjustments may be processed through that system.
---
23. ORDER APPROVAL
CREZLY may provide an Order approval mechanism through which a Buyer confirms that the delivered Service has been received and accepted.
The Buyer should carefully review:
- Delivered files
- Service quality
- Requested requirements
- Order specifications
- Agreed deliverables
before approving an Order.
Approval should only be provided when the Buyer is satisfied that the Service has been delivered according to the applicable Order.
Once approval is provided, the Order will generally be treated as completed subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
