Registration is open for Crew 42-2's 2027 Philmont Trek!
We have registered two 12-person crews with Philmont!
Our 12-Day expedition arrives at Philmont on 2027-07-01 and departs on 2027-07-14.
More details are below, including a link to the registration page.
Your spot on the trek is not reserved until the Crew receives your initial deposit (LINK HERE).
Our initial cost estimate for this trek is between $3,500 and $3,700 per person. Choices the crew makes around airfare, ground transportation, and activities / accommodations en route to Philmont will have a significant impact on the final cost of the trek. Additional information can be found on the payment page linked below.
Please make payments for all participants in your family ON or BEFORE the due dates listed below so that the Troop can make our required payments to Philmont:
6th Payment: due 15 Jan. 2027 (estimated at $550 per person)
Final Payment: due 01 Mar. 2027 (estimated at $575 per person)
Making your 1st payment secures your spot in the crew.
As of 22 Oct. 2026 there are 5 spots available. Of the 5 spots, a maximum of 2 can be adults (21+).
NOTE: By signing-up for this trek, you are committing to participate. Payments are NOT refundable, unless we are able to either get financial relief from Philmont or find a replacement crew member.
