Welcome to the 2025-2026 School Year!

Dear Parent or Guardian of a Crestview student-

If you are new to Crestview, welcome to the Cardinal family! To all our returning Cardinals, welcome back! We are YOUR Parent-Teacher Association! Crestview’s PTA supports critical academic needs, is an active voice on decisions that impact your child’s health, safety, and quality of education, and builds a stronger, more inclusive school community.

Our 501(c)(3) Parent-Teacher Association strives to support students and classrooms by helping to fund a wide variety of education enrichment including unique physical education opportunities!

Board Meeting Dates: Monday September 8th, Thursday October 2nd, Monday November 10th (virtual), Thursday, January 8th, Thursday, February 5th, Thursday April 16th, and Monday May 11th.

There is no wrong way to be involved – anything you can give, by way of time, talent, or treasure, will support your child’s potential. We invite you to be an active member because we can do more together than apart.

Opt-in to the 25-26 student directory!

The student directory is a great way for families to stay in touch with one another and connect regarding classroom questions, too.

Crestview families may submit as little or as much contact information as they'd like by answering the optional questions on this form for our shared directory. The required email address at the top is to send out the directory. The email address(es) entry in the middle of the form is optional and would be posted in the directory if completed. Please submit a separate form for each student.

Only families who register a child for the directory will receive the link to the completed file (sent in mid-September). The directory and the information contained therein should not be shared with non-Crestview families.
