Do I need to know Roulette in order to take European Roulette?
Because of the advanced rigor of the course, all students must have at least six months of live Roulette dealing experience or complete the Roulette class and satisfactorily pass a Roulette audition at Crescent School of Gaming & Bartending.
How is European Roulette different from 00 Roulette?
European Roulette is an advanced form of Roulette that focuses on high-limit play. It expands on 00 Roulette principles and offers a wide array of different ways to bet and additional bets not available in 00 Roulette.

How many classes are included in the European Roulette Course?
The European Roulette Course includes a total of eight two-hour classes.
Which times are classes offered?
Classes are offered from 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm and from 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm.
How often do classes meet?
Classes meet one day per week, for two hours, for eight weeks. Students will attend class on the same day each week. Classes are structured so that all students in the class are on the same learning path and at the same level in the course.
Which days are classes offered?
Classes are offered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

How many students are in each class?
Each class will include as little as one student (one-on-one training) and a maximum of six students.
How will I be graded?
To satisfactorily complete the course and receive a Certificate of Completion, the student must achieve a final score of 70% or greater and must attend at least 90% of the course. The final score is weighted as follows:
20% - Timed Online Skill Drills. Students must complete a series of timed online Skill Drills with a 100% score on each drill..
40% - Midterm Examination
20% - Comprehensive Final Examination
20% - Comprehensive Final Audition
How does the Pell Grant work?
Students are welcome to apply for the Federal Pell Grant at the school. The amount a student receives depends on several factors, including the Student Aid Index (SAI), the cost of attendance, enrollment status, and whether the student plans to attend
school for a full academic year or less. If a student is awarded the maximum grant amount, the student will enroll in all casino dealing courses and be eligible to take the European Roulette course at no cost to the student after passing a Roulette dealing audition at the Crescent School of Gaming & Bartending.
Do you offer scholarships?
The Timothy S.Y. Lam Foundation offers scholarships for educational courses in gaming and bartending at the Crescent School of Gaming & Bartending for courses up to $2,000. The European Roulette Course qualifies for a full scholarship from the Timothy S.Y. Lam Foundation.

What happens after I sign up?
After signing up, the Crescent School of Gaming & Bartending admissions department will contact you by phone within three business days to finalize your enrollment. You will receive a welcome email from your Instructor the day before your first class
with directions and a link to your personal Learning Portal. Your Learning Portal will include all timed and untimed Skill Drills and will be available to you for 90 days after graduating.
How much does the course cost?
If you do not qualify for or are not awarded the full amount of the Pell Grant or are not awarded a scholarship, the tuition fee for the course is $795.

Two or more students registering as a group will receive a discounted tuition rate per student. When registering, please indicate that you are registering as a group to receive the discounted tuition rate.
2 Registrations: $700 per student
3 Registrations: $650 per student
4 Registrations: $600 per student
5 Registrations: $550 per student
6+ Registrations: $500 per student
Please note that all students registered in the group are not required to enroll in the same class section. Each student in the group may select the day and time that is most conducive to their own schedule.

What if I don't pass the course?
If you attend at least 90% of the course, but do not have a final score of at least 70%, you will be permitted to retake the course at a reduced tuition rate of $500 for each course retake.
