Every child's favorite bedtime story, including Guinevere's, is the tale of the crescent gate. Guinevere was sent away by her family due to an incident involving her mother, and she simply sought to live peacefully as the adopted daughter of her aunt and uncle. However, following a sequence of events involving betrayal, time rewind, and the discovery of a horrific experiment organization that has been operating for at least a century, Guinevere and her companions' efforts to stop the experiments lead to traces of the crescent gate reopening attempts. It appears that the crescent gate is more than just an old wives' tale, but rather something that threatens to throw the world into chaos once more.
