Sage Franch is a co-founder and current CEO of Crescendowork. While the other two co-founders have left the company to pursue other opportunities, Franch cites her personal experiences in the workforce as inspiration for founding Crescendo4 . Since taking the role of CEO in 2019, Franch has transitioned the company to a "modern, agile workforce" that is aimed at delivering personalized learning and development (L&D) experiences with a wide range of services. She has a background in education as a curriculum developer, but has spent most of her professional career in tech4.
Christian Hissibini joined Crescendo as the CTO in 2019 after successfully executing his exit strategy from another SaaS company specializing in could and AI technologies5. Hissibini has extensive experience in tech and DEI initiatives, currently as a board member for a non-profit corporation aimed at advancing equity and as a Digital Transformation Advisor for the Government of Canada5. He has an education in business analytics from Harvard Business School.
Daniel D'Souza is a co-founder and former Head of Product & Customer Experience until March 2021. Crescendo was D'Souza's second venture, having founded a startup accelerator company called HacktheCity that ceased operations in 20186. D'Souza has a bachelor's degree in science from McMaster University.
Stefan Kollenberg is a co-founder and former Go-To Market and Sale Lead until March 2021. Kollenberg has a background in marketing and has since joined another tech company as the Client Success and Go-To Market Vice President since leaving Crescendo7.
