Facility Access
Clients are responsible for providing facility access, alarm instructions, entry codes, or keys when necessary.
Cleaning Schedule
Cleaning services are performed according to the agreed service schedule. Schedule changes should be communicated as early as possible.
Health & Safety
Our cleaning procedures may include:
• PPE utilization
• Approved cleaning products
• Safe cleaning practices
• High-touch surface sanitation
• Facility-specific cleaning protocols
Quality Assurance
If concerns arise regarding service quality, clients are encouraged to contact us promptly so corrective action can be taken.
Additional Services
Services outside the original agreement may require additional approval and pricing.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules and invoicing terms are established within the service agreement.
Confidentiality
Creignificent LLC respects client privacy and confidentiality. Information regarding client facilities is never shared without authorization.
