Creg Effs is a Christian man who was born on November 19, 1977, in Kingston, Jamaica. He currently lives in St. Thomas, Jamaica where he is the Chairman of the Board of Flemming’s Basic School, Chairman of the Parish Board of Early Childhood Institutions, Corresponding Sponsor of the Power of Faith Basic School, and a Past President and member of the Lions Club of St. Thomas. He has been a firefighter for 21 years and has been involved in network marketing since 2012, achieving some success.

Creg is also a Justice of the Peace, Motivational Speaker, Workshop Facilitator, and youth mentor. He has received recognition for his dedication to service. Creg enjoys writing poetry and short stories. He published his debut anthology in February 2020, "Once, Twice, Three Times a Charm", and his second poetry anthology, "So Many Things Mean Love", in September 2020.

His poetry has been published in The Cambridge-Hall Poetry Journal and 2020: The Year in Poetry.

"It Begins In The Mind Empower Your Thoughts" is the latest book by Creg_inspires, published on May 18, 2021. The book is a collection of motivational ideas that the author promotes through his brand and YouTube channel, sharing inspiring messages with his followers.
