Animator, Illustrator, Concept Artist

Welcome to my portfolio!
My name is Lucky Leggott and I'm an illustrator, animator, and concept designer. Specializing in character concepts specifically, I've dedicated my whole life to creating characters, worlds, and developing stories. Through animation I bring these stories to life, whether through 3D or 2D (or my personal favourite— a combination of the two) I strive to create new stories.
Please, look through some of my work!

About Me
About Me
I'm a queer visual artist from Calgary, Alberta who strives to create emotionally engaging artwork and stories. I've been drawing since I was able to hold a crayon, and that dedication to creating artwork landed me in The Performance and Visual Arts advanced art program in Central Memorial High School.
Right out of high school I began pursuing animation. I graduated from Visual College of Art & Design (VCAD) with a diploma in 3D Modelling and Animation. I studied nearly every aspect of the animation process and got very well versed in 3D modelling and texturing.
However, the passion I have for the arts does not end with animation! I have spent my life developing skills in all art focuses, traditional artwork and painting, digital artwork and animation, playing music and creating stunning drag performances as my drag persona, Vane Merkury!
