In compliance with Google Play’s Financial Services policy, we only collect data that is strictly necessary for providing credit analysis and loan advice.

●       Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and PAN (for credit profile fetching).

●       Financial Information: Credit score data and credit history (accessed only with your explicit consent).

2. Prohibited Data Access (Compliance)

In accordance with Google Play's 2026 update for credit analysis apps, CreDo Money does NOT access, collect, or store:

●       Your contacts or call logs.

●       Private photos, videos, or external storage files.

●       Your precise GPS location (Access_Fine_Location).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to-

●       Provide a complete analysis of your credit profile.

●       Calculate loan EMIs and offer personalized financial advice.

●       Verify your identity and prevent fraudulent activities.

●       Communicate updates or important financial tips.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

●       Regulated Entities: If you choose to apply for a loan, we may suggest the better lending partner but it's on you whether   

          you'll opt for that or not as we don't promote any lending institution.

●       Service Providers: Third-party tools for OTP verification or cloud hosting (all encrypted).

      ●       Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Security & Retention

●       Security: We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit.

      ●       Retention: We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide services. You can request account and data deletion at any time through the app settings.

5. Users' Right & Consent

●       Explicit Consent: We will always ask for your permission before fetching your credit report.

      ●       Withdrawal: You can withdraw consent for data processing at any time, though this may limit app functionality.

Our app doesn’t contain links to our partner lenders.
