Privacy Policy for InStudio Voice

InStudio Voice is a simple audio mixer app that lets users add audio tracks, record voice, edit tracks, and export audio mixes.
1. Information We Collect
InStudio Voice does not require an account and does not collect personal information on our own servers.
The app may access or use the following data only to provide its core features:
Audio files:
The app allows you to select audio files from your device using the Android system file picker. These files are used only inside the app for playback, editing, mixing, and export.
Microphone:
The app requests microphone permission only when you choose to record voice. Microphone access is used to create a voice recording track inside your mix. Recording starts only after you press the Record button.
Local files:
The app may create and store local files on your device, including voice recordings, trimmed audio files, exported mixes, and saved mix projects.
2. How We Use Data
Your audio files, recordings, trims, exports, and saved mixes are used only for app functionality:
- adding audio tracks;
- recording voice;
- playing and editing tracks;
- creating audio mixes;
- exporting M4A, WAV, or MP3 files;
- saving and opening mix projects.
These files are stored locally on your device. InStudio Voice does not upload your audio files, recordings, or mix projects to our own servers.
3. Advertising
InStudio Voice may show ads using Google AdMob.
Google AdMob may collect or use data such as advertising ID, app interactions, device information, diagnostics, and approximate location, depending on your device settings, consent choices, and Google policies.
You may see a privacy choices option in the app where required.
4. In-App Purchases
InStudio Voice offers an optional Pro version through Google Play Billing.
Purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
Data may be processed by third-party services used in the app:
- Google AdMob for advertising;
- Google Play Billing for purchases.
6. Data Storage
Audio files, voice recordings, exported mixes, and saved mix projects are stored locally on your device.
Android backup is disabled for this app.
If you delete the app, local app data may also be deleted from your device.
7. Microphone Permission
The microphone permission is used only for recording your voice when you press the Record button.
The app does not record audio in the background without your action.
8. Children’s Privacy
InStudio Voice is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes. The updated version will be posted on this page.
