Last updated: May 9, 2026
Creator Content Studio is a content organization and planning app for creators, photographers, videographers, SMM specialists, and digital content sellers. The app helps users manage photos, videos, content cards, projects, notes, statuses, planned actions, analytics, and backups.
1. Data stored by the app
Creator Content Studio stores user data locally on the user’s device.
The app may store the following information:
- content cards

- notes and captions
- tags, categories, platforms, labels, and statuses
- planned actions and planner data
- uploaded/posted status
- analytics data generated inside the app

This data is used only to provide the app’s core features: organizing content, planning posts, tracking content usage, managing projects, creating backups, restoring backups, displaying analytics, and unlocking PRO features.
2. Photos and videos
Creator Content Studio can access photos and videos only when the user chooses to add them to the app.
The app does not automatically scan the whole device gallery.
Users decide which files, multiple files, or folders they want to import into the app.
Imported media files may be included in Local Full ZIP Backup and Google Drive Backup when the user creates a backup.
3. Google Drive Backup
Creator Content Studio includes an optional Google Drive Backup feature.
If the user chooses to connect a Google account, the app uses Google Drive access only to create and restore backup files for this app.
Google Drive Backup saves a Full ZIP Backup that may include:
- app database and metadata
- content cards
- projects
- notes and captions
- tags, categories, platforms, labels, and statuses
- planner data
- analytics data
- uploaded/posted state
- selected photos and videos added to the app
The app uses Google Drive app data storage for backup files. This storage is intended for app-specific data.
The app does not access, read, modify, or delete the user’s personal Google Drive files outside its own backup storage area.
Google account authorization data, access tokens, refresh tokens, and Google session data are not included in app backups.
After restoring a backup, the user may need to reconnect Google Drive manually.
4. Sharing content
Creator Content Studio allows users to share selected content using the Android system share menu.
When the user chooses to share content, the selected media files and related caption or note text may be sent to another app chosen by the user, such as Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, or another installed app.
The app does not share content automatically. Sharing happens only when the user manually chooses to share.
5. Advertising
Creator Content Studio may display ads in the free version of the app.
The app uses Google AdMob to show advertisements.
Google AdMob may collect and process certain data, such as device information, advertising identifiers, app usage data, and other data required to provide, limit, measure, and improve ads.
AdMob data processing is handled by Google according to Google’s own privacy policies and advertising technologies.
Users who purchase the PRO version can use the app without ads.
