Effective date of payment
These Terms of Service govern the founding client coaching program offered by Creator Breakout ("Coach") to the client ("Client"). By purchasing or accepting a coaching spot, you agree to the following terms.
The founding client coaching package includes:
• One (1) one-hour 1:1 coaching call per month, scheduled via Calendly
• A channel audit at kickoff to identify focus areas and priorities
• Clarification of your north star, target audience, and value proposition
• A custom growth plan tailored to your channel goals
• Weekday Slack access for real-time support —
titles, thumbnails, scripting, video feedback, strategy, and accountability
• Access to a private Creator Breakout Slack community for peer support and networking
The monthly rate for founding clients is $200/month, billed in advance via Stripe. This founding rate is locked in for as long as the Client remains continuously enrolled. Payment is due on the same date each month.
Either party may cancel at any time with 7 days' written notice prior to the next billing date. Cancellations made after the billing date will take effect the following month. No refunds are issued for the current billing period.
All coaching calls must be scheduled via Calendly. If a Client cancels or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice, or fails to attend a scheduled call without notice, the session is forfeited for that month. Unused sessions do not roll over.
Weekday Slack support is available Monday through Friday during reasonable business hours. Response times may vary though we strive to reply within 24 hours except weekends. Access to the Creator Breakout Slack community is included for the duration of active enrollment and will be removed upon cancellation.
The Coach agrees to keep all Client channel details, business information, and personal context confidential. The Client agrees to keep all Coach-provided frameworks, materials, and methodologies confidential and not to share or reproduce them without permission.
Coaching provides strategy, guidance, and support. Results depend entirely on the Client's effort, consistency, and execution. Creator Breakout makes no guarantees of specific outcomes, including but not limited to subscriber growth, views, leads, or revenue.
As a founding client, you may be asked to provide honest feedback about your experience. With your explicit approval, Creator Breakout may reference anonymized or attributed results in marketing materials, case studies, or content. Nothing will be published without your prior consent.
All parties agree to engage respectfully in all communications, including coaching calls and the Slack community. Creator Breakout reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship without refund in cases of abusive, harassing, or disrespectful behavior.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Nevada. Any disputes will be handled in good faith before pursuing formal legal action.
