CreatixHub ("we", "our", or "us") operates the QR Scanner & Generator mobile application (Package Name: com.creatixhub.qrscanner). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our App.

We prioritize your privacy. QR Scanner & Generator is designed to process data locally on your device wherever possible.
Camera Access: We require access to your device's camera solely to scan QR codes and barcodes in real time. We do not transmit, record, or store camera feeds or video recordings on external servers.
Storage / Photos / Media Access: Access to device storage or photo gallery is used exclusively to allow you to select images containing QR codes for scanning, or to save generated QR code images directly to your device.
Scan History & Saved Items: Any QR codes scanned or created within the App are stored locally on your device for your convenience and history access. You can clear this history at any time through the App interface.
2. Device Permissions Requested
To provide core features, the App may request the following permissions:
android.permission.CAMERA: Required to scan QR codes and barcodes using the device camera.
android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_MEDIA_IMAGES: Optional; used to select images from your gallery to scan QR codes from image files.
android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Optional; used to save generated QR code images into your device storage (Android 9 and below).
3. Third-Party Services
The App may utilize standard Android device APIs or third-party services for performance monitoring or basic application infrastructure (such as Google Play Services). These services may collect information used to identify your device in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
