About this weekend:
This is a weekend event that explores connection with oneself and with others in the fullness of our creativity – including how that is expressed through our sexuality. The focus of the retreat is to gather together and explore connections and intimacy in a space where everybody is committed to cultivating radical honesty, empathy and listening.
In an embodied, holistic, and creative way, we will explore topics of consent, self-responsibility and self-care, empowering practices and rituals - in an empathic, consensual, honest, playful and sex-positive collective, where everybody is encouraged to express themselves and is celebrated and respected for that.
Micha's work is grounded in theory from the arts, psychology, and psychotherapy, including the works of Alice Miller, Jodorowsky's psychomagic, Chekov, Adler, Stansislaky and Meisner's work in the field of theatre and dance, as well as Bert Hellinger's constellations theory.
In practical terms, there will be:
Exercises in relaxation and somatic grounding
Creative expression through movement, dance, improvisation
Practices in understanding and expressing boundaries, radical honesty, radical empathy and radical listening.
Opportunities to express and explore desires
Invitation to make conscious and sensitive physical connection with others
Celebration of the sensual, the erotic in a playful, and empathic way.

We welcome you to the the beautiful Mucklagh Lodge, A secluded spiritual retreat venue, nestled in the foothills of the Wicklow Mountains. The lodge offers spaces to work, meditate, create, hold ceremony, contemplate, dance & play.
