Terms and Conditions

Orders that contain 5 or less item(s) will take 2 FULL business days to complete the etching. (9am-6pm Monday-Friday). Orders that contain 10 items will take 3 FULL business days to complete the etching, 15 items will take 4 FULL business days to complete the etching, etc...

Date and time of order completion will be discussed prior to payment. Payment must be made in full after proofs are approved by you the customer. Any changes to proofs can not be made after payment is received.

A $30 rush order fee will be applied to your order if completion date and time is not within Creative Moments Glass Etching's aforementioned etching process as stated above.

A $10 delivery charge will be added to your order for orders that are not within a 20 mile radius of CMGE studio. (Graham, NC 27253)

A $10 fee will be required for after business hour operations including Saturday & Sunday. (Orders that were placed on a Thursday or Friday that are needed by Monday and weekend delivery or pickup.)

After payment is received, CMGE will start the etching process of your order. Example: Payment is received on a Monday at 10am, etching starts, order completion on Wednesday 10am.

If orders are placed (regardless of amount of item(s)) after 3pm Monday-Friday, your order will not be started until the next business day.

Orders that are required for a Saturday & Sunday retrieval need to be placed at least 4 business days prior to be completed by Friday during regular business hours and to avoid rush order fees.

Photos of your completed order will be sent to you the customer via your preferred point of contact.

CMGE will not be held accountable for any damage due to handling or care that may occur after item(s) are shipped via the customers choice of delivery service. If shipping is required, extra insurance will be added on for said item(s) when available. You the customer are responsible for shipping costs both ways (if required) to and from CMGE studio.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!

Damage occurring after shipping or from use by the customer are the sole responsibility of the customer.

BYOG Terms and conditions:

Above Terms and Conditions also apply to BYOG.

BYOG items that are given to a member of CMGE will NOT be etched until payment is received in FULL.

You the customer are responsible for proper packing of item(s) for transportation to a CMGE staff member or to CMGE studio via customer choice (meet half way, direct delivery to studio or shipping). If damage were to occur during transportation to the CMGE studio, CMGE will NOT be held responsible.

All BYOG items WILL be inspected by a staff member of CMGE either in front of owner of item(s) or at the CMGE studio (depending on delivery option) and you the customer will be notified in writing with photos of any damage/defect in the item(s) prior to etching.

Any item(s) that are damaged whilst in the care of the CMGE studio will be refunded for the individual item(s) and etching payment only, NOT sets. You the customer will be notified of said damage in writing with pictures. Upon receiving damage report you the customer will be required to provide a copy (electronically) of the original receipt for the purchase of said item(s) and a refund will be issued to you for the individual item(s) that were damaged at CMGE studio.

Please be aware that all glass is not made out of pure glass or crystal. Some manufactures add in a material called BOROSILICATE or SILICATE. This material is silicone based and it is not a material that CMGE can currently etch at this moment. Please do your research on what your glass is made of before having it etched by CMGE.
