Purpose: To help artists rebuild their creative practices and recover from substantial losses caused by recent disasters.
Does not need to be repaid.
To be considered for the Creative Relief Fund, applicants must:
Be an artist whose work makes up a considerable part of your income, with art as a central part of your livelihood.
Have experienced major losses to studio space, supplies, or artwork due to Helene.
Provide proof of losses, such as photographs or documentation.
Applicants will need to submit the following:
Contact Information: Name, email, phone number, and location.
Business Details: Type of business, years in businesses, EIN#, State of Incorporation.
Artistic Discipline: A brief description of your medium or area of focus (e.g., painting, sculpture, photography).
Loss Description: A short statement explaining the nature of your losses and how they have impacted your ability to work.
Recovery Plan: A brief explanation of how you plan to use the grant to rebuild your creative practice.
Proof of Loss: Upload photos, documents, or other evidence of disaster-related losses.
Optional Supporting Materials: Resume, portfolio link, or website showcasing your work.
Complete the online application form.
Attach all required documentation directly within the form.
Submit your application by Dec 15th, 2024.

Applications will be reviewed based on:
The extent of loss and demonstrated need.
The feasibility and clarity of the recovery plan.
The potential impact of the grant on the applicant's ability to rebuild their practice.
