Armando has been providing specialized flooring services throughout the Washington D.C. metro area since 1993. In your initial consultation, he will personally meet with you and discuss your individual needs and expectations. He will also provide samples so you can see how your new carpet or floor will look with your furniture and décor. Finally, Armando will provide you with a written proposal clearly explaining how he will make your flooring and/ or remodeling dreams a reality.
