Creative Dawn Studios is a online 3D printing service, made possible by the Youth Creativity Fund, and the Business and Education Partnership of Waterloo Region (BEPWR), that offers affordable 3D printing, offering shipping from Kitchener, Ontario. This service operates exclusively online, and ships all orders to customers. My goal is to ensure creativity is not limited by having the access to the proper equipment, but instead by the limits of ability.
Here at Creative Dawn Studios, quality is a promise, not an extra. Any damage that ocours to a 3D print is elegable for a replacement within the first month of an order, without printing fees. No exceptions.
My name is Azziah Thorpe, and growing up, I spent a lot of time at my local library, using the free access 3D printers to make little things such as beyblades and fidget spinners. These experiences led to me learning how to make 3D models myself, and to me purchasing my first 3D printer. Using my 8 years of 3D printing expetise, my goal is to bring this same joy and passion for creating to everyone in the Kitchener-Waterloo region, showing how 3D printing can be useful in both practical applications, or just to have a little fun!
My service provides access to a 3D printer, which is charged based on the print time, at an hourly rate, based on the material. Submit a file to recieve a free quote here, where you submit your file, and some additional information to get an accurate estimate of the total cost of the print. After recieving a quote, you can decide if you want to proceed, save it for later, or cancel your order. After your model is printed, you will be contacted reguarding getting your product shipped.
I use a Qidi Q2, alongside the Qidi Box, with plans to expand to larger printers based on service demand. All parts of a file should be limited to 270x270x256, or be able to be split into smaller pieces to ensure that they fit on the build plate. Unsure of the part sizes? Send it over, and we'll handle it for you.
