Hi.  My name is  Renee. I am a visual artist and writer. And I enjoy photography. 

Born and raised in New York, I am a writer and visual artist.  I find inspiration for my work from nature and music.  I write poetry, prose, and songs.  I enjoy writing fiction in particular, although I have written non-fiction works.  Some of my written works were published in anthologies.  I would like to publish a book of poetry and art.  

Visual Art is a vehicle to express the passions and rhythms that I am not able to say with words.  I  have no formal art training except for a few workshops.  I have exhibited some of my photographs in a New York art gallery.  I enjoyed taking photographs since I was a child.  During the pandemic,I started painting with acrylic, and watercolor.  I also enjoy drawing and creating artwork with other mediums, including textiles.  I also love making collages.
