Booking Process for HUGLOREN.VIP Creative Cuisine

Inquire About Availability
Complete the form below to check availability for your event. We will respond within 24 business hours, and we appreciate at least one week’s advance notice for all orders. A representative will reach out to you before any delivery is scheduled.

Initial Inquiry

To receive a personalized quote, please fill out our quote form with the following details:

• Event Type (e.g., wedding, corporate gathering, private party)

• Date and Time

• Event Location (indoor or outdoor)

• Expected Guest Count

• Grazing Table Preference:

  • Flat Surface or Elevated Display

  • Interest in decorative items such as bowls, stands, and serving utensils

Quote and Contract

Once we receive your inquiry, we will provide a detailed quote. Upon acceptance:

• We will send a contract for you to review, sign, and return.

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

• Please note that your booking is not guaranteed until we receive both the signed contract and deposit.
