This Privacy Policy explains how Creations LOV LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in the Android game Sub-Zero, package name com.subzero.game.
Privacy summary: Sub-Zero is an offline game. The app does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information or other user data with us or third parties.
We do not collect personal information or user data. Sub-Zero does not require an account and does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, files, advertising identifiers, device identifiers, payment information, health information, gameplay analytics, crash analytics, or diagnostic information.
Sub-Zero stores the following gameplay information locally on your device:
All-time high score
Selected visual theme
Selected difficulty
Sound preference
This information is used only to preserve your game progress and preferences. It is not transmitted to us or shared with third parties. You can delete it by clearing the app's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app.
Depending on your device and Android backup settings, the Android operating system may back up and restore app preferences through a backup service selected by you or your device provider. We do not receive or control those backups. Any such service processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Sub-Zero uses the device vibration feature to provide optional gameplay feedback. This does not collect or transmit information. The app does not request internet access, camera, microphone, contacts, location, storage, phone, SMS, or notification permissions.
Sub-Zero contains no advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking technologies, social login services, or in-app purchase systems. The app does not display personalized or non-personalized advertisements.
Google Play distributes the app and may independently process information relating to downloads, purchases, security, or use of Google Play. That processing is controlled by Google and is governed by Google's own privacy policy. We do not receive personal data from Sub-Zero itself.
Sub-Zero does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults. Because the app does not collect user data, it does not use children's information for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose. If you believe information has been provided to us outside the app, contact us so we can address the request.
Gameplay preferences remain on the device and are protected by the security controls of the Android operating system. We do not operate servers for Sub-Zero and therefore do not retain app user data on our systems.
We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer user data. Because no user data is collected by us, no international transfer of app user data takes place.
You may reset or delete locally stored game information at any time by clearing Sub-Zero's app storage or uninstalling the app. Because we do not receive or maintain app user data, we generally have no app user data to access, correct, export, or delete.
We may update this Privacy Policy if the app's features or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy at the same public URL and revise the effective date. If a future version begins collecting user data, we will update the policy and any required in-app disclosures before that collection begins.
