Creating New Schemas emerged after the founder Tammy McCrory recognized persistant social ills that are more prevelant in the black community than other communites, despite the number of avaliable "programs and funding" to address the issues. "I thought to myself, it appears the problems are getting worst to some degree, it appears we need contemporary interventions, and program service providers who honestly understand the uniqueness of the community they seek to services."
Over the years, Tammy has hypothesized and researched contemporary solutions to address historical problems through an innovative lens with the focus of improving social interactions and communication amongst all groups of people, but particulary marganilized communites. The ultimate goal is to help re-build communites that have been affected by bad policies.
