Reflections

Reflections is a nationwide arts program that encourages students to explore their creativity and express themselves through the arts. Each year, students create original works inspired by a theme. The 2026–2027 theme is:

✨ “What My Culture Means to Me” ✨

CRE students are invited to share their stories, traditions, and experiences through art - whether it’s drawing, writing, photography, music, dance, or film. Every child’s voice matters and every entry is celebrated.

🎨 Categories

Students may submit entries in any (or all!) of the following categories:

• Visual Arts

• Literature

• Photography

• Music Composition

• Dance Choreography

• Film Production

Multiple entries in the same category are allowed.

🧑‍🎓 Who Can Participate?

The Reflections program is open to all CRE students (PreK through 5th grade).

🏅 Recognition

CRE celebrates all student participants! Entries that advance beyond the campus level may be recognized at:

• Round Rock ISD Council PTA

• Texas PTA

• National PTA

All students will receive prizes and certificates. Awards and special recognition will be presented to winners.
