When setting up a Cricut machine on a desktop, you need to connect it to your desktop and mobile devices. Let’s start with the Cricut set up on a desktop.
In the beginning, connect your Cricut product to the power supply.
Now, connect your Cricut machine to Bluetooth or a USB connection.
On your computer, open an internet browser and navigate to design.cricut.com.
Then, install the Cricut Design Space software on your computer.
Next, continue with the on-screen instructions.
Lastly, sign in to the Cricut ID or create a new account if you’re a beginner.

Once you’ve learned the steps to set up your Cricut Maker on a desktop, it’s time to check the steps to set up Cricut on a mobile device. Let’s check the steps below.
In the beginning, connect your Cricut to the power supply.
Then, pair your Cricut machine with the mobile device via Bluetooth.
Now, get the Cricut Design Space app on your mobile device.
After that, sign in to your Cricut ID with the right credentials.
Next, choose the menu and tap on the New Machine Setup.
Thereafter, complete the setup process with the on-screen directions.
Lastly, the test cut will be performed when the setup is complete.

After that, head to your Downloads folder and double-click on the Design Space app file.
Next, allow the Cricut Design app to install.
Then, open the software and sign in to the Cricut account using the right credentials.
The beginners can create a new Cricut account ID.

To connect your Cricut cutting machine to Bluetooth, follow these steps:
Head to the Start menu and open the Settings.
Now, hit the Devices option.
After that, make sure that the Bluetooth option is ON.
Next, select the Add Bluetooth or other device option.
Now, choose the Bluetooth option and let your PC detect your machine.
To log in to your Design Space account, follow these steps.
Open your Cricut software and create a new Cricut account.
Then, open the app again and hit the Sign In option.
After that, put your Cricut ID along with the password.
Next, you’ll enter the Design Space account.
To connect your Cricut product to your phone via Bluetooth:
Turn on your Cricut cutting machine.
Then, head to the Settings option.
Now, locate the Bluetooth option.
After that, enable Bluetooth.
Allow your Cricut machine to display under the list.
Select your machine and type the password as “0000.”
Next, click on the Pair option and complete the setup.
