4:00PM - 6:00PM: Tasting and Voting
6:30PM: Winners Announced
Tasters can check-in and receive their spoon at the check-in tent starting at 4:00PM

Competitors will...
cook Chili and Butt before arriving at the event.
display a list of ingredients used in their Chili/Butt preparation; quantities need not be provided.
keep Chili and Butt hot.
bring their own tent, table, chairs, extension cords, lights & decorations for their space.
clean up their area after the event.
CRC Event committee will...
assign spaces
provide tasting cups, spoons and bowls, and the method for judging/voting.
award prizes for the best chilis and butt in the hood!
