Why did I start my YouTube channel?

I just started this channel as a place for me to share my covers of songs that I like, or occasionally, my original compositions. Remember, YouTube's most famous slogan was, "Broadcast Yourself." YouTube has been filled with a bunch of crappy stuff in recent years, but that still doesn't prevent small channels from posting what they like to post, including me. I just use this as an outlet to "broadcast" my covers (or occasionally, original compositions), like what YouTube was created for in the first place.
