The App saves your game progress — including your current level and best

score — locally on your device using standard Android storage. This

deleted automatically if you uninstall the App or clear its data.

1.3 Information We Do Not Collect

This App does not display advertisements, does not use any advertising

or analytics SDK, and does not connect to the internet during gameplay.

We do not collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, location data, IP

addresses, or any other information about you or your device.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

The only information the App handles is your locally stored game

progress, which is used solely to:

  • Save and restore your game progress on your own device

We do not sell, share, or transmit your information, because we do not

collect any information to begin with.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App does not integrate any third-party advertising, analytics, or

crash-reporting SDKs, and does not share any data with third parties.

If that changes in a future update (for example, if advertising is added

later), this Privacy Policy will be updated first to name the specific

service(s) used, link to their privacy policies, and describe exactly

what they collect — before that update is published.

4. ADVERTISING

This App does not currently display advertisements of any kind.

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is designed to be appropriate for a general audience, including

children. Because the App collects no personal information and contains

no advertising or third-party SDKs, it does not knowingly collect any

information from children, and there is no data to disclose, share, or

process. This is consistent with the Google Play Families Policy, the

U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and the EU

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your locally stored game data (Section 1.2) remains on your device until

you uninstall the App or clear its data from your device settings. We

have no copy of it and no way to retain, access, or delete it ourselves.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

Because the App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal

information to us or to any third party, there is no data on our end for

you to access, correct, delete, or restrict. Your game progress lives

entirely on your own device and is fully in your control — you can erase

it at any time by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom,

or Switzerland, you may still have the right to lodge a complaint with

your local data protection authority if you have concerns.

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA); as noted above, we do not

collect or sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

9. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Not applicable — the App does not transmit any data anywhere. Your game

progress never leaves your device.

10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be

posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of

the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated

policy.
