🕒 Booking & Scheduling
All services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance, when possible.
I may be able to accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability.
Please provide all necessary details about your child(ren), pets, or home at the time of booking.
Minimum booking time is 2 hours
❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $15 fee, especially for longer bookings or overnight stays.
I understand emergencies happen—please communicate with me as early as possible and I’ll be flexible when I can.
⏱️ Late Pickup or Early Return
If you are running late to pick up your child or return home, please notify me at least 30 minutes in advance.
A late fee of $10 per 15 minutes will apply if no prior notice is given.
💼 Minimum Service Commitment (No Adjustments After Booking)
When you book a service, that time is reserved exclusively for you—and I plan my schedule accordingly.
Changes made after booking, such as fewer children, early returns, or pets no longer needing care, do not reduce the agreed-upon rate.
You are responsible for payment in full for the original booking, regardless of changes in circumstance or shortened service time.
This policy helps ensure fairness and respect for my time, as I may turn down other clients to honor your reservation.
🐾 Pet & Home Instructions
For pet sitting and house sitting, please provide clear written instructions for feeding, medication, routines, and any emergency contacts.
Let me know about alarms, hidden keys, or any special requests related to your home.
👶 Childcare Safety
I do not administer medication to children without written instructions from a parent or legal guardian.
I always meet children and families in advance to ensure a good fit.
🚪 Visitor Policy
For safety, accountability, and professionalism, I ask that:
No other adults or visitors be present in the home during my scheduled time unless this has been discussed and agreed upon in advance.
This includes family members, roommates, or guests who are not part of the original care arrangement.
This helps maintain a secure and distraction-free environment for your child(ren), pet(s), and home — and protects both you and me during the service
🗣️ Personal Boundaries & Conversation Policy
While I always aim to be friendly and respectful, I ask that conversations during my time in your home remain focused on the care being provided.
I do not engage in discussions related to personal moral beliefs, politics, or other sensitive topics.
This ensures a respectful, comfortable environment for everyone.
✅ Terms & Conditions Agreement
To ensure the safety, clarity, and fairness of all services, I require that all clients read and agree to my policies before any service is confirmed.
📄 Client Agreement Requirement
All clients must complete and submit the official Client Agreement Form (via Google Form) confirming they have read, understood, and agreed to my current terms and policies. This form must be submitted prior to any first-time booking.
This includes agreement to:
My booking, cancellation, and payment policies
My minimum service commitment policy
My expectations regarding arrival times, early returns, and communication
Safety guidelines for child, pet, and house care
