These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Crawls ("App"), developed by Alejandro Nijamkin ("Developer"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Permitted Use: You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Use: You may not:

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

• Use the App to transmit any viruses, worms, or other malicious code.

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or any related systems or networks.

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall Developer be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the App.

The App and all content included therein, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Developer or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Changes to Terms

Developer may update these Terms from time to time. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.   

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.
