• Cravioo — Customer App

• Cravioo Restaurant — Restaurant Partner App

• Cravioo Delivery — Delivery Partner App

These applications are operated under the Cravioo name. In this policy, "we", "our", and "us" refer to the operator of the Cravioo applications.

We respect your privacy and are committed to explaining how information is accessed, collected, used, stored, and shared when you use our services.

Depending on the application and features you use, we may process the following information:

Personal Information: Name, phone number, email address, and account details provided during registration or account management.

Delivery and Address Information: Delivery address, pickup address, order destination, and related instructions required to process orders and deliveries.

Restaurant Information: Restaurant name, outlet details, menu information, business contact details, and order management information.

4. Location Information

Location access may be used to support delivery addresses, pickup and drop-off coordination, and delivery-related features.

Location access is subject to device permissions and the features being used. If background location is enabled, we will provide the required in-app disclosure and obtain the required permission before using it.

Users can manage location permissions through their device settings. Disabling location access may affect features that depend on it.

5. Order Processing and Information Sharing

To complete an order, relevant information may be shared between the customer, restaurant, delivery partner, and service providers involved in fulfilling the order.

For example, restaurants may receive order details required to prepare an order, while delivery partners may receive pickup, delivery, and contact information needed to complete an assigned delivery.

We may also share necessary information with payment providers, hosting providers, notification services, analytics or crash-reporting providers, and other service providers integrated into the applications.

Such sharing is limited to the purposes and information reasonably necessary for the relevant services, subject to applicable law and our actual integrations.

Payments, where supported, may be processed by third-party payment providers. Payment information may be handled by those providers under their own privacy policies and security practices.

We do not claim to store complete payment card details unless our actual payment system requires and supports such storage.
