CrateWish is developed by goldencap. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you play the game, view advertisements, make purchases, or contact us.
1. Your game profile and progress
CrateWish does not require you to create an account. Your chosen player name, avatar, game progress, unlocked stories, achievements, and preferences are stored locally on your device. You can use a nickname; your real name is not required.
We do not upload your saved gameplay profile to our own servers or send its contents to AdMob for advertising.
2. Advertising
CrateWish uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including optional rewarded advertisements that provide in-game assistance.
When advertising services operate, Google and its advertising partners may collect or receive information such as:
• Your IP address, which may indicate your approximate location.
• Advertising identifiers and other app or device identifiers.
• Information about interactions with the app and advertisements, such as views, taps, and video completion.
• Diagnostic and performance information relating to the app and advertising services.
This information is used to deliver advertisements, measure their performance, maintain advertising services, and detect fraud or abuse. The information processed depends on the advertising configuration, your device settings, and applicable privacy choices.

3. Advertising choices and consent
Where required, we request consent before using device storage or processing personal information for advertising purposes that require consent. Where applicable, you can review or change your choices through the game’s privacy options.
Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily prevent all advertising-related processing. Non-personalized advertisements may still involve information needed to deliver ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud.
You can also manage your advertising identifier through the controls available in your Android device settings. These controls do not automatically delete information already retained by advertising providers.
4. Purchases and removing advertisements
CrateWish offers an optional “Remove Ads” purchase through Google Play.
Once your purchase is confirmed and recognized by the game, all in-game advertisements are disabled, including rewarded advertisements associated with hints or assistance.
Google Play processes your payment. We do not receive your full payment card number or card security code. The game may receive purchase information, such as a product identifier, purchase token, and purchase status, to confirm your purchase and maintain or restore access to the purchased feature.
Removing advertisements does not automatically delete previous advertising data or transaction records held by Google.

5. Contacting
If you email goldencapy.contact@gmail.com, we receive your email address, your message, and any information or attachments you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, investigate problems, and handle privacy or purchase inquiries. Our support mailbox is hosted by Gmail.
Please do not send passwords, full payment card details, or other information unnecessary for resolving your request.
6. Why information is used
Information described in this policy is used to operate the game, save your progress and preferences, provide advertising where enabled, recognize purchases, answer support requests, and protect against fraud or abuse.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on consent for processing that requires it, providing services you request, legitimate interests such as service security and support, or compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.
7. Sharing and service providers
Google provides advertising, payment, and email services used in connection with the game. Advertising information may also be processed by Google’s advertising partners, as identified in applicable advertising disclosures and consent messages.
We may disclose information we hold when necessary to comply with a legal obligation, respond to a valid legal request, or protect users and our legal rights. We do not make your locally saved player profile publicly available.

8. Retention and deletion
Your locally saved game information remains on your device until you remove it. You can delete it by clearing CrateWish’s app storage through Android settings or uninstalling the game. This may permanently erase your progress and locally saved memories.
Deleting local game data does not delete your Google Play purchase history or information already held by Google and its advertising partners.
We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve your request, handle related follow-up or disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. You can request deletion of information you have sent us by contacting goldencapy.contact@gmail.com. If we must retain certain information, we will explain the applicable reason.
Google and other advertising providers apply their own retention periods and deletion procedures to information they control.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Contact goldencapy.contact@gmail.com to make a request relating to information we hold. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify and respond to your request. For information controlled independently by Google, its privacy and account controls provide additional options.
10. Children’s privacy
CrateWish is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact goldencapy.contact@gmail.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Where local law requires parental authorization for particular processing involving older minors, the applicable requirements must also be met.
11. Security and international processing
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. However, no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the game, its services, or applicable requirements. We will update the date above and provide additional notice or request consent where required.
