The demand for educational technologists has grown greatly in the past decade. Not only are the needs for physical people in the field growing, but the materials that they utilize and know are growing exponentially, too. In the post-COVID-19 Pandemic world, EdTech specialists in fields across all sectors have worked harder than ever to maintain an infrastructure to keep up with the demands that are constantly evolving and need to be met by employees or students. In order to do this, EdTechs must be constantly learning the latest technologies and developing systems that work best for their companies; lots of this happens by trial and error because there are so many new technologies with a variety of features that must be tried to see which best suits a company's needs.
