From Coach Lauren: "My focus as a head coach is to manage, train and educate each skier to their maximum athletic potential, allowing each skier to excel at their own pace, and to help each athlete achieve their own personal goals. My goal is to create an atmosphere that is not only fun, but will leave a lasting positive impression on all athletes."

As long as you are a 7th-12th grade student in the Coon Rapids High School attendance area, it doesn't matter if you are new to the slopes, switching up your winter sport or an experienced racer, you are welcome on the alpine team!
What can you expect?
3 nights a week on the ski hill with plenty of time for homework on the bus rides
Opportunities for weekend skiing
New friends and experiences
An upbeat, supportive race day enviornment
Ski skill development
Help with equiptment
Ski snacks, meals and beverages
The joy of the great outdoors during our Minnesota winters
