I'm Juan Cruz, founder of Cralfa. For 30 years I've made manufacturing operations work — as a quality manager, production manager, plant manager, launch manager, and ultimately as Industrial Strategy Director for North America at Forvia (Faurecia), a global automotive supplier.

I've run a 500-person plant with $120M in annual turnover and pulled its manufacturing cost from 12% to 7.7%. I've optimized a $90M annual capital budget and cut investment 40% in a single year. I've relocated production lines across borders, consolidated plants, and de-risked launches for the most demanding OEMs in the world. I've done this in the United States, Mexico, Canada, and Argentina, in English and Spanish.

I started Cralfa because the best part of all of it was always the same: getting onto a struggling floor, working with the team, and watching the numbers turn. That's what I do now — directly, without the overhead of a big firm, for manufacturers who need results faster than a traditional consultancy can deliver them.
