HI. Thanks for taking the time to look at my page. I'm Craig. I’m a Personal Trainer and Online Programming Coach with ten years of experience. I work with many people to help them achieve their goals. My main areas are working with people who need help to strengthen their core and improve their posture, people who are recovering from injury and people who want sport specific training.
I would like to believe that I am someone with a little expert knowledge who encourages you to work to the best of your ability. I have encountered some extraordinary people over my years of training and the motivation and strength of these individuals has left me with a great attitude to support, encourage and help my clients get the most from their workout.
As a Personal Trainer, I enjoy helping and coaching my clients to use the correct form when exercising and support the practical skills you can use in and outside the gym. Whatever your level of fitness, as a Personal Trainer I will help you focus on your fitness and training regime to become the best you can be.
I set up this Business to help give back to others what I had received myself which was expert coaching. I try to keep it as no-nonsense as possible, using techniques and training tactics that work. Semi Personal sessions are like Personal Training but allows you to train with a family member or a friend so that you can keep each other motivated and have fun at the same time.
Need help with recovery from a Back problem? Do you struggle with poor posture or a weak core? If the answer is yes please get in touch.
Are you 50 or above? if so these sessions are for you. It doesn't mean you have to stop enjoying the benefits of keeping fit and active as you get older, if anything it's when we need it most. It also can be helpful with women who are experiencing symptoms of the menopause.
90 day online programming. If you want to do your workout from home or want a programme individual to your needs that you can do by yourself, this is for you. Training programme, Nutritional advice, weekly check in & 24/7 support provided.
