This allergy relief blend was introduced to me as I was attending aromatherapy classes. I decided to try it since I have seasonal allergies and I have not suffered once this spring! It worked for me, maybe it will work for you as well!
The oils used in this blend are very expensive. You may pay a little more for this product than most but I use only quality oils from reputable companies, I do not add any dilution to this blend. Plus, a little goes a long way!
This blend was developed for times during the year you suffer with seasonal allergies. Contains tea tree, blue tansy, neroli, eucalyptus, and rosemary essential oils. They are anti-allergenic, anti-inflammatory, and may neutralize histamines and stop their production. Therefore, it may help tame reactions to several allergens. Plus the combination of these oils make an awesome smelling blend!
Tea Tree is one of the most popular essential oils, as it can destroy airborne pathogens that cause allergies and acts as an antiseptic agent as well. It also has anti-inflammatory properties, which may help relieve allergy symptoms such as inflamed nostrils and sinuses.
Blue Tansy is anti-allergenic. It can neutralize histamines and stop their production. Therefore, it may help tame reactions to several allergens.
Neroli soothes inflammation. Due to its natural anti-inflammatory properties, neroli may work positively on reducing inflammation and irritation.
Eucalyptus is well known as a natral home remedy for all sorts of respiratory problems, ecucalyptus may help with blocked sinues, breaking up mucus and phegm, clearing out your sinuses - so once again you can breathe easier.
Rosemary appears to inhibit the process leading up to an allergic reaction. Rosemary has been studied to help with common allergens such as pollen and animal dander.
This blend works great for me to diffuse throughout my home during times of the year I suffer with seasonal allergies.
I have personally used this blend and can testifiy that it has worked for me! I used it during allergy season and did not have one flare up. I use the oil to diffuse, and in an inhaler I carry in my purse for times I can not diffuse.
