Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the DailyTally mobile application (the "App") operated by Crafttech ("us," "we," or "our").
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.
By downloading, installing, or using the DailyTally App, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and agree to comply with them. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.
DailyTally is a local-first application designed to help users track personal or small business financial transactions, balances (Pabo/Debo), and cash flow, primarily by storing data on the user's device.
Crafttech grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal or internal business use, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of all data and information you enter into the App. DailyTally functions as a tool and does not verify the truthfulness of your financial entries.
The App stores your data locally on your mobile device. Crafttech is not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, deletion of the App, malware, or human error.
You acknowledge that the optional Google Drive Sync feature is the only way to safeguard your data. You are responsible for regularly performing and managing these backups.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your device and any security measures related to accessing your data within the App.
DailyTally is a record-keeping tool only. It does not provide professional financial, accounting, legal, or tax advice. You should consult a qualified professional for advice tailored to your specific situation. Crafttech assumes no liability for any financial decisions made based on the data tracked within the App.
The App and its original content (excluding user data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Crafttech. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Crafttech.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
In no event shall Crafttech, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App.
Any conduct or content of any third party on the App (e.g., Google Drive issues).
Any financial loss incurred due to reliance on the App's data.
Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Governing Jurisdiction, e.g., Bangladesh], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any major changes by posting the new Terms on our website or within the App. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
