Pricing is based on size, materials, design complexity, personalization, and turnaround time.
What is your current turnaround time?
Turnaround times vary by product and availability, but most orders are completed within 5-7 business days. Large or heavily detailed orders may take longer.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be available depending on availability and product. A rush fee may apply. *Rush orders must be specifically requested*
When does turnaround time begin?
Turnaround time begins after payment is received and all design details are approved.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, for large orders. Contact me for pricing.
Can I provide my own items for customization?
Possibly. Message me first to discuss materials and compatibility.
Do you offer delivery or meet-up services?
Yes & yes! I deliver within a reasonable distance (I live in Long Beach, MS) for an additional fee, and am more than happy to meet up for order pick up at a public place.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and location. Tracking information is sent once your order ships.
Who is responsible for shipping delays?
Once packages are handed to the carrier, delays are out of my control. I will help however I can if issues arise, and will do everything in my power to fix anything I can.
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely. Custom orders are my favorite. Send inspiration, colors, themes, and details so we can create something perfect.
Will I see a proof before my item is made?
Yes. Digital proofs are sent for approval before production begins.
How many revisions are included?
1 revision is included. Additional changes may require a small design fee. Being as specific as possible helps me and you!
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the custom nature of my products, refunds are not offered.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, contact me the day it is received with photos so I can make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After that, materials and time have already been invested. No cancellations once proof is approved
What happens if I don’t respond to proof messages?
Delays in approval will delay your turnaround time. If you purchased a rush order, and it is not done by the specified time, a refund will not be given.
Do you require payment first?
Yes. Large orders of $50 or more require a non-refundable %50 deposit to secure your spot and ensure time and money will not be wasted.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance must be paid before your order is picked up/shipped.
What payment methods do you accept
I accept Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, and Chime.
How do I pay?
In Invoice will be sent to your preferred method of contact; from there, you will have access to our payment information.
