Crews

Crews are listed below in order of Club, and then Crew (O for Open, W for Women). The Cox, Str, Bow and the numbers refer to which seat in the boat the person is in. The Cox is the one looking ahead (hopefully!) to steer. "Str" is Stroke, who is immediately facing the cox, then 7 is  facing Stroke's back and so on down to Bow who is furthest from the Cox.
