In this project, artifacts were created, and the project was executed in a timely manner due to a deadline.

Project team also demonstrated how to create, and adhere to a project schedule using a gantt chart.

Agile/Scrum Project: Abuela's

This project's main objective was to build a website. The project integrated the use of Jira, and Confluence for the execution of product backlog items, sprint backlog items, and also in the creation of reports.

The scrum team created epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and planned sprints based on story point estimations.

The scrum team created wireframes for designing each webpage that was included in the first sprint backlog based on requirements that were acquired from the customer in a discovery meeting.

Google draw was used for the wireframe conception, and Google Sites was used for the development of the website.

The scrum team (with attendance of the client) conducted a sprint review demoing the increment conceived at the end of the first sprint to the client. Feedback from the client was documented.

A sprint retrospective was then conducted by the scrum team to discuss what went well, what did not go well, and what we will implement in the next sprint.

Hybrid Project: Intuitive Kitchens'

Process Improvement Project:Netflix

This was a potential take over project where the client was seeking another company to execute their requirements.

Re-organization of the previous project manager's notes was required.

Requirements were written in the format for the wagile hybrid software development methodology.

A work breakdown structure and schedule was created for the epics and user stories to give release dates and a project schedule.

A retrospective was conducted to discuss, reflect and recommend better processes for future projects that may require the near same re-organization.
