PROPOSAL GUIDELINES

Graduate and undergraduate students, university faculty, as well as community members and professionals in the non-profit sector, are invited to propose presentations in a variety of formats:

• Paper presentation (e.g., oral presentation of research or community practice/action project) (20 min)
• Interactive roundtable (e.g., panel discussion with 3-5 presenters on a focused topic relevant to Community Research and Action) (60 min)
• Posters (e.g., visual summary of your project; click here for dimension guidelines and examples) (approximately 30 minutes)
• Innovative sessions (e.g., workshops; multimedia presentation, such as community film or art projects) (60 min)

Proposals must include:

1. Title

2. Presenter(s)

3. Contact information for all presenters (email, phone)

4. Program affiliation(s) or organization

5. Requested session format

6. 300-word summary abstract
