Our Specialties
traditional Hotpot
We offer a variety of hotpot soup bases, including Spicy and Non-spicy soup base. Our spicy beef tallow hotpot base is made in-house using high-quality local beef tallow and imported spices from the Sichuan and Chongqing regions, which are simmered for several hours. We also offer nearly 100 kinds of hotpot ingredients, including meat, seafood, vegetables, and soy products.
Sichuan Cuisine
We offer a variety of traditional and new Sichuan dishes, such as Mapo Tofu, Kung Pao Chicken, Water-boiled Fish Fillets, Mao Xuewang, Green Pappercorn and Chilli Fish Fillet, Hot and Spicy Beef Tripe, Hot and Spicy Pork Tero Tero, etc. These dishes are all carefully prepared, allowing you to taste the authentic Sichuan flavor.
Street Food
We offer a variety of street food, such as Chongqing Street Noodles, Brown Sugar Jelly, etc. These street food are all special foods from Sichuan and Chongqing
