The conference will take place on the Krea University campus in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh. Sri City is located close to the Andhra Pradesh - Tamil Nadu border, and is approximately 2 hours from Chennai, 2 hours from Nellore, and 90 minutes from Tirupati by road/rail. 

The closest train access to Sri City is at Tada (10km from Krea campus, 10 minutes by road) or Sullurupeta (25 km from Krea campus, 25 minutes by road). It is possible to take an autorickshaw from either station to the Krea University campus.

There are frequent local trains between Tada and Chennai, and between Sullurupeta and Chennai/Nellore. In addition, certain long distance trains stop at Sullurupeta. Local trains from Chennai to Tada/Sullurupeta depart from the Chennai Central Suburban railway station (MASS), which is adjacent to Puratchi Thalaivar Dr. M.G. Ramachandran Central Railway Station (MAS). 

The nearest airports are Chennai International Airport and Tirupati Airport. A cab from Chennai to Sri City costs approximately Rs 2000. 

There are also overnight AC sleeper buses from Hyderabad to Tada and Sri City.
