It has come to my attention that, due to an administrative error, the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board (HPARB) was not notified that the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC) of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario had not disposed of this matter after 210 days of receipt of the letter of complaint.  This notification was required under section 28(4) of the Health Professions Procedural Code.

I apologize for this oversight.
