Apply online or via email. Emails or online entries must be time/date-stamped by January 24, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. If you are sending an email, send one (1) email for each award entry with all required files attached to cprsd3@gmail.com. The email's subject line must include the Award Category/Subcategory (e.g., Agency Showcase – Outstanding Facility/Park). Below are the links to the Google Form for each category.
The entry fee for Agency Showcase (competitive) is $35. The entry for the Agency (noncompetitive) and Lifetime Achievement Professional Service Award is $35 per entry. Proof of payment is required with each entry.

Checks: Please make checks payable to CPRS District 3. If you are sending a personal check, please write the nominating agency on the check.
Purchase Order: You may use a Purchase Order as proof of payment for your application; however, full payment must be received no later than the Awards Luncheon date, or your agency will be deemed ineligible for awards and liable for all fees due.
