The National Science Day 2022 will be held as an online event under the auspices of the "Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav" to commemorate 75 years of India's Independence.

Centre of Plasma Physics - Institute for Plasma Research (CPP-IPR), Sonapur, is an autonomous institute under the Department of Atomic Energy, India, involved in R&D in the field of plasma fusion science & technology. As we have done in the past, this year too, we are planning to organize National Science Day 2022. However, this time it will be a completely ONLINE event. Even though this time, there will be no physical function at CPP-IPR nor will there be visitors to CPP-IPR, we sincerely hope that scientific spirit and enthusiasm among the students and teachers will still be the same, if not more than previous years!
