Hours & Attendance

Hours

• All members are required to complete 3 service hours each semester. 

  • Service activities include any actions undertaken by the student that are musically related and done with or on behalf of others without any direct financial or material compensation to the individual performing the service. 

  • This should be covered by society events throughout the semester (Holiday events) in addition to service hours completed by oneself. 

  • For any questions regarding hours, check the Hours Manual. The manual is also posted on our Google Classroom.

Attendance

• All members are required to attend either the meetings held once a month throughout the year.

  • If there is a conflict with a meeting date, please email us in advance.

• One unexcused absence will result in a warning

• Two unexcused absences will result in probation, as well as the addition of 1 music hour due for that semester

• Three unexcused absences will result in dismissal from Tri M
