The Humanitarian Aid Centre in Przemysl offers temporary accommodation and a range of support services and advice for the refugees from Ukraine who crossed the border within the last 24 hours and want to stay at the Centre for the first time. The facility is equiped in 200 beds. We provide the accommodation for the maximum of 2 nights, as well as 2 hot meals daily and an access to toilets and bathrooms with showers. During your stay we will assist you in planning your further travel and in searching for other accommodation places. All services provided are free of charge. We are here for you and we are truly looking forward to the opportunity of helping you!

We invite you to check the below information before taking a decision to get to the Centre. We suggest you not to follow the advice or suggestions on the availability of beds or the Centre's rules and capacity, given by third parties - as they may not have the actual knowledge.

The Centre is open everyday, 24 hours a day and admits Guests depending on the current availability of beds. We would like to host every person seeking for accommodation but, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the continuous availability of beds and it is not possible to book them in advance. When the Centre reaches its full capacity, we will not be able to admit more Guests at that moment.
We do our best to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the above data, but it is purely indicative. Please remember that at the moment of your arrival at the Centre, the number of beds available can differ significantly from that presented above.
To get to the Centre, you can try using some of the free of charge transportation solutions available at the place where you are at the moment (Train Station in Przemysl, Border Crossing in Medyka). The Centre is governed by the Przemysl Commune, while the Podkarpacki Branch of the Polish Red Cross coordinates its day-to day operations. The facility operates thanks to the engagement of numerous institutions and non-governmental organisations, providing at the Centre various aid and support services for the refugees.
