Change who we house.
We have done a lot of analysing and consultancy over the last year and made the following decisions.
A place of growth and change for residents - not just a place to live.
A model of support treating the resident as a whole (we will use charitable income to plug the gaps that are not met by Housing Benefit)
Stronger and quicker evictions - for those that impact on other housemates.
Staff development and specialisms.
Back to old fashioned key working.
Fun - putting it back into the activities and the daily interactions with residents.
